Kyle Spry is also a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He practices in SAQ, core & strength training along with resistance and cardiovascular training. He specializes in Vitamin & Supplementation. Along with training, Kyle is a certified EMT & firefighter!! Kyle is in a relationship with Cassie! His hobbies are playing with his niece & nephews, camping, going to the lake & of course, working out!!
Tracy Lukk is a certified NASM trainer & has been in health & fitness since 2006. Along with training she teaches group fitness classes at various locations throughout The Woodlands & is also a certified Group Exercise & Spin Instructor. She is a proud mother of 2 children & 3 step-children. She enjoys hiking & camping with her husband, Mike. They are currently training for a 500 mile Adventure Race (biking). She also participates in multiple marathons throughout the year. Tracy has a true passion for health & fitness and believes that you become a different person when you become strong!
Zach Rice is a certified NASM trainer. He has been in the health and fitness field for over a year & has worked with many clients achieve their goals. His interests are anything that has to do with physical exercise. Zach brings a great deal of commitment to personal training. Zach has been a family friend of the Sprys since childhood.
Zach grew up in Spring and attended Spring High School. He graduated in 2005.

Adam & C.C. Spry
Adam & C.C. Spry are both 2004 graduates of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. They are co-owners of Spry Trainers.
They now reside in The Woodlands with their 3 children, Irie, Parks & Asher.
Along with personal training, C.C. is a certified Group Exercise Instructor and specializes in resistance & interval training, bootcamps, kickboxing & multiple body sculpting courses. Adam has participated in power lifting & strength training for over 15 years. His expertise allows him to customize his workouts to meet every clients' needs.
Along with training, C.C. is also a stay at home mom with the 2 boys. Irie attends 1st grade at Creekside Forest Elementary. The Sprys are members of the South County YMCA!
For fun the Sprys like to go to the Houston Zoo, swim, go for hikes, basketball, soccer, gymnastics, ballet & flag football.

Working out has changed her life significantly. About six years ago, Phyllis was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder. It lowered her energy level making it difficult to walk the neighborhood. Since starting the Bootcamp with CC, Phyllis feels the best she has in years. Her mood has improved and basically her overall quality of life has changed for the better!!
Phyllis joined Spry Trainer's Bootcamp in January 2011. She also added a few personal training sessions in April. She rocks & has been doing fantastic. Since April she has lost 9 inches total.
Phyllis says, "I'm addicted
to the workouts!"
A little about Phyllis - other than being a wife and a mother, she is currently working on her certification for Occupational Therapy. In the future, she hopes to work with the hearing impaired. She loves to shop.
Shoes are her favorite thing to buy. Her other passion is decorating. Phyllis loves fabrics, furniture and anything else that goes along with it!
Phyllis has been married for seventeen years to her husband, Rob. She has three wonderful children. Kiersten is 14, she is a freshman at Tomball High School and a member of the Junior Varsity swim team. Brooke is 13, she is in eighth grade at Tomball Jr. High School and she is a member of the Volleyball team. Michael is 11, and he is in 5th grade at Creekside Forest Elementary School in The Woodlands. He plays basketball for WCBL. Last, but not least, Lacey is our six year old Wheaten Terrier and she rules the house.
Debbie has been training with Spry Trainers since January 2011. She meets 3 to 4 times per week!! WOW! She trains with Zach & C.C.
Debbie has really improved significantly and it shows!
When Debbie first started, just jogging for 2 minutes was difficult. Debbie just completed her 1st 5K in Galveston!
We are so proud of Debbie!!!
Debbie enjoys spending time with her daughters, staying in the sun, vacations, & always doing some sort of remodeling to her home!
Debbie has four dogs; Nila, Lila, Lil & Sugar!!!
Debbie works in The Woodlands at Anadarko as an Asst. Controller - Financial Accountant.

Robin says, "The best thing about working out is that I am dedicating a certain amount of time each week for me. It is valuable time so I try to use it diligently. I always feel better physically and mentally after I work out....I feel stronger and less tired. CC is a special person who cares about other people's physical well being. If I am ready to make a change, then I know she is ready to help me. I know I am striving to look better and feel better but when I know I have someone right beside me who also cares about my goals, it challenges me to work even harder. She always believes I have one more crunch or one more push up in me."
Robin started training in February & in the past 4 months she has lost 10 lbs. and 9 inches.

Robin also says, "I feel like I am improving in a lot of areas as long as I stay in my routine and continue to watch what I eat. I do see positive results which encourages me to keep going."
Robin loves spending time with her family! They play games, watch movies, talk, laugh, and love on each other! They spend time as a family going to church each week. Her faith is a very important part of her life and she love watching her kids grow in a deeper understanding of the Bible.

Maggie Best
Maggie writes, "I first met CC in December 08 and we started off 09 with a resolution and enthusiasm. I was so heavy and had been so inactive that climbing just a few stairs was quite an effort. I decided to try this for a month or two to see if I liked it. Well, I’m on my second full year and still look forward to my workouts. "
"If you asked me if this is where I thought I would be in two years I would have to say no. I expected to be perfect by now - really. However, I didn’t foresee knee surgery, recovery, and life in general. Patience is definitely not one of my virtues but CC has really kept me motivated. I’m not at my goal weight yet but I feel so much better and have gained energy and strength. Last year on vacation in Italy my husband and I spent two days hiking in the mountains. I realized afterward that I hadn’t even given that a second thought. I would never have been able to accomplish this without becoming more physically fit. "
"Working out with CC is something I do just for me. Helping me become healthier is part of what she does for me as her job, but she is so much more than my “trainer”. CC is a friend and has grown very close to my family."

Sangeeta Shah
Sangeeta has been with Spry Trainers since December of 2008. She has been doing such a great job! She works through everything I make her do. She now trains three times a week at an early 5:30am!
Sangeeta's physical condition has improved greatly and she feel stronger and more toned. She says, "I think my stamina and energy levels are what have improved the most since working out. I don't get as easily tired any more."
She moved to The Woodlands in 2007 after living in New Orleans for 20 years. Her husband, Dharmesh and her got married in 1996. They have two adorable children, Reena (5) and Rohan (9). The kids keep them extremely busy with swimming, bowling, gymnastics, tennis, playing UNO, watching American Idol and cheering on their beloved New Orleans Saints on Sundays!! The kids attend Deretchin Elementary.
Sangeeta says, "The best part about working out is that its "me" time where I'm doing something that's positive and good just for me. And although it is hard waking up so early to exercise, once I'm done, I feel energized and ready to start my day."
Mica recently climbed Camelback Mountain in Phoenix, AZ. The highest point is 2,704 ft. above sea level! Way to go!

Mica graduated from Texas A&M and is with the love of her life almost 3 years. Sometimes she makes Giorgio tag along to the workouts!!

Cay started with me back at a local gym in 2008 then
found me a year later with Spry Trainers. Even with her
limitations, Cay works so hard each and every time we workout. She trains 3 times a week.

Cay has been married to her husband, Kevin, for 40 years. She has two children & three grandchildren; Aidan, Sienna & Liam. Cay enjoys swimming, crossword puzzles & those three adorable grandkids.
Her favorite part of working out, Cay says, "is the feeling of accomplishment when finished!"

They have been with me since November 2008. They are doing such a wonderful job. These are the sisters that meet me at the park at 4:00am! That is dedication!! These girls watch their eating & do homework, even if they don't want to.
Karla & Janet are from San Mateo, California & moved to The Woodlands 10 years later. They both are graduates of SHSU.
Janet has reached her goal weight & has become a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. She has her Bachelor degree in Photography & is working on her teaching certification to become a Bilingual elementary teacher.
Karla has an adorable dog named Mollie. She works for her family's landscaping company, Louie's Backyard as a supervisor.
I am really proud of these girls! They are so much fun to train even though they give me a hard time sometimes! Keep up the great work girls!!

The teachers at John Cooper School in The Woodlands work so hard! They are entergetic, fun & push themselves the extra mile during their Bootcamps!
Only a few ladies continue through the Summer however the rest of the gang will start back in the Fall!
