Start a Block Party Bootcamp!
We bring all of the equipment you need to burn calories, get fit & achieve your goals - all in the convenience of your own neighborhood!

We offer Personal Training Month to month plans...
Sessions 1, 2, 3 times a week!


                 Individual, Couples or Group Rates!!

Ø      The individual session is one-on-one for 45 minutes.  The program is designed just for you!!  You will get a photo taken prior to your 1st workout along with measurements each month!

Ø      The couple's session involves working together & one-on-one with me for 45 minutes.  I do individualized workouts for each person to fit theiJohn Cooper Bootcampr fitness needs!  Each client will have thier photo taken & measurements each month!

Ø      The group sessions are with 3 or 4 people.  We do a mix of weights, cardio & partner activities.  The Block Party Bootcamps are 5 people or more.  (no limit)

Ø      Each client's sessions are focused specifically for them & there is never one session that repeats itself!!
            
                                                                                                                                              


Do we give homework?

Yes, we design homework plans for each client & expect them all to get it done!  This homework helps out for the next session to come.  I have realized that when my clients do their homework, their results are that much better!!




What is my goal for my clients?
I feel that the most important thing about personal training is getting my clients doing their workouts on their own.  Once we have reached their goals, then the next step is to start training just one time a week & then be able do it all by themselves.  I strive to push each one of my clients to their limits & make them realize that what they are doing is all for them!!  They feel better, they look better & they have achieved everything & more!
